Dirt Bike Racing again

So since I bought a new dirt bike I have to go racing right...The first race of the season is in Pierre and was a two day event. Dad had state bowling in Sioux Falls and mom had to work Saturday so me and Jake loaded up the camper and new trailer and hit the highway Friday night.

We drove through snow and rain and wind the entire way. When we got to the track at about midnight there was no wind or precipitation but about a half an inch of snow everywhere. When we woke up Sat morning the snow had melted and the track looked awesome. For practice the track was a little muddy but pretty much just awesome. Deep ruts that where where they needed to be. By the first moto a few corners had a little dust in them and the second motos it was a true South Dakota Motocross race - Dust everywhere.

Forecast for Sunday was rain-rain-and more rain. We went and picked up a few more beers and spent the night drinking in the camper and watchin movies on my laptop. Sundays races got canceled and we drove home and made it there by noon.
